Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.General
A publication fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only will be charged per manuscript (from within Nigerian) and $150 only (from outside Nigeria) on acceptance of the manuscript for publication. This is to be paid in certified bank draft, certified cheque or cash. In case of payment into the Journal’s account, the bank teller should be photocopied or scanned and sent to the Secretary for confirmation.

Any author who requires reprints of his/her paper should indicate this upon receipt of the acceptance letter and
will be required to pay for the reprints.
Advertisement rates (full page) - N25,000
Half page - N15,000
Quarter page - N10,000
Subscription rates (for two issues published in one year):
Institutions - N6,000
Personal - N4,000
Students - N2,000
