Focus and Scope
The African Journal of Food and Nutritional Security, as an international journal, is intended to act as a forum for researchers working on food and nutritional security issues in Africa and the Third World in their widest range and perspectives. Original contributions (submitted as research articles, review articles, letters and viewpoints, technological innovations and products, market updates, book reviews and calendars of events) are most welcome. Articles will be refereed before publication.
This Journal is published with the support of Friends-of-the Book Foundation, a non-profit making organisation established to help alleviate the shortage of publications in Africa and the Third World. It does this by facilitating the publication or reprinting of key books and journals by indigenous publishers.
Friends-of-the Book Foundation's work is made possible through the support of various organisations such as the ACP-EU Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Co-operation (CTA).
