CXR is a most important and helpful diagnostic tool in assessment of cardiopulmonary pathology. Anorganized systematic and disciplined approach will give enormous anatomic and physiologic information to make an accurate complete diagnosis. Good background knowledge on physiology and anatomy of the heart and the pulmonary vascular system is an important prerequisite.(5,6)
