Abstract: The modulatory effect of vitamin C and E supplementation during dihydroartemisinin administration on the body weight and serum liver enzymes in wistar albino rats investigated. Thirty two adult albino rats weighing between 180 – 260g were used. There were divided into four groups of eight rats each. Group A served as the control and was administered
distilled water. Groups B, C and D, were the experimental groups and were given cotecxin + vitamin A and cotecxin + vitamin E respectively for two weeks.
