Focus and Scope

The journal publishes original scientific studies, comments on currents health initiatives, project and work reports, personal experiences, reviews of current health initiatives, educational articles and paper commenting on clinical, social, political, economical and all other factors affecting health. We are particularly interested in receiving articles and comments reflecting the point of view and experience of professionals working in Africa related to the impact of currents public health initiatives on their daily routine.

Peer Review Process

Articles are received through an online manuscript submission system. Three to five reviewers are invited for each submission. Reviewers agreeing to review the manuscript will be provided with credentials to access the reviewer space and download the submission material. Reviewers comments will be returned via the online review system and immediately forwarded to the corresponding author. Based on reviewer comments, the manuscript will be either accepted after correction or not accepted. Upon receipt of authors corrections and agreement of reviewers (at least 2 over 3), the manuscript will be published without any further delay. The final formatted PDF version will be posted as soon as it becomes available.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
