Pneumopéritoine post-traumatique révélant une perforation d’un diverticule de Meckel
Abstract
Meckel's diverticulum is a rare condition that affects 2% of the general population, the perforation is a rare complication, most often the result of anintradiverticular foreign body. We report the case of a 43-year old patient admitted to the emergency department for acute peritonitis by perforation of a Meckel's diverticulum in the suites of abdominal contusion.
