This conference will be held in the Madiba Baquet Hall, Potchefstroom, May 12-15, 2009. The theme of the conference is. "Partnerships in Agricultural Development”.

Although the focus is on South Africa, we endeavour to reach out to extensionists and other interested parties well beyond our borders, but in particular to our neighbouring sub-Saharan countries. The theme has relevance for everyone involved in extension.

• Mentorship and partnership in land reform

• Linkage structures and forums to facilitate partnerships
• Co-operatives as partner in development
