Management strategies include medical therapy, percutaneous drainage, Laparoscopic drainage, Endoscopic drainage, Endoscopic ultrasound- guided drainage (EUS) and Surgical drainage procedures. A case of pancreatic pseudocyst secondary to a blunt abdominal trauma in a 13- year old Nigerian is reported. The literature on the clinical, diagnostic methods and management options is reviewed.
