Peer Review
All manuscripts are reviewed by an editor and members of the Editorial Board and experienced peer reviewers drawn from universities and research-based organizations. Articles are subjected to blind peer review. The reviewers’ comments will be communicated to the authors within Four weeks from the date of acknowledging receipt of paper. It is the goal of the publisher to publish manuscripts within four weeks where possible after submission.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public, supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Freely available to read, download and share. Articles are published under the terms of a Creative Commons license which permits use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

Publication Scheduling
Individual items are published as soon as they are ready, by adding them to the "current" volume's Table of Contents.
