Peer Review Process

On receipt of a manuscript, the Editor-in-Chief (E-i-C) or the French editor makes a general appraisal to establish relevance of subject and compliance with contribution guidelines. The manuscript is then sent to two appropriate members of Editorial Committee for peer review. The reviewer is instructed to recommend either rejection or major or minor amendment or acceptance. E-i-C sends back manuscript to corresponding author with reviewers' suggestions. Upon resubmission, E-i-C confirms that amendments have been effected and decides that manuscript be accepted. If the two reviewers recommended rejection, the E-i-C rejects manuscript and informs author.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. The content is licensed under a Creative Commons BY 4.0 license.
