Abstract

English Title: The socio-economic impact of pandemic risk on trade through the cindynic approach in constantine

The rapid spread of the new virus after the first case appeared in China has turned the world upside down; the global economy faced a devastating shock. Countries have taken containment as a measure to counter and curb the spread of the virus, which has affected the economies of the countries. This led us to study the socio-economic impact of the pandemic risk on the commerce of the city of Constantine, using a double analysis, on the one hand, analysis of the content of the documents available and on the other the analysis of results of the field survey. This survey combines direct observation, semi-structured interviews and the application of the cindynic approach in order to analyze the results obtained. These show that commerce is capable not only of adapting to the different circumstances of political decisions but also of reconfiguring urban space. So there are always strong points in the actor / actor relationship, despite the multiple deficits between them.
