Buruli ulcers in Gulu Regional Referral Hospital, Northern Uganda: Case Report
AbstractBuruli ulcers (BU) is a disease caused by infection with Mycobacterium ulcerans. It is one of the most neglected but treatable tropical diseases. Cases of Buruli ulcers are extremely rare in Gulu District. It is because of this reason that we report a case of a 25 year old male patient who presented with Buruli ulcers on the right thigh.
