Abstract

L‟ordre social africain a favorisé la différence des sexes, et partant, la suprématie du sexe masculin à travers les structures institutionnalisées qui enferment la femme dans un comportement fixe. L‟Africaine reste toujours comme „un continent maudit‟ qui subit toutes les frustrations sans que cela n‟émeuve personne. Le roman féminin africain se fait le porte Ŕvoix de toutes ces humiliations féminines. Basée sur la sociocritique et la critique féministe cette étude a pour objectif d‟analyser dans les oeuvres de Calixthe Beyala les différentes violences dont la femme africaine est victime depuis toujours. De manière spécifique, une première partie portera sur les violences morales féminines en insistant sur les domaines majeurs dans lesquels la femme subit des influences qui la perturbent et l‟empêchent de mener une existence heureuse, tandis qu‟une deuxième partie mettra l‟accent sur les violences physiques.

English Abstract The African social order has favored the difference between the sexes, and therefore, the supremacy of the male sex through the institutionalized structures which confine the woman to a fixed behavior. The African always remains like “a cursed continent” which undergoes all the frustrations without it moving anyone. The African feminine novel is the voice of all these feminine humiliations. Based on sociocriticism and feminist criticism, this study aims to analyze in the works of Calixthe Beyala the various forms of violence of which African women have always been victims. Specifically, the first part will focus on female moral violence, emphasizing the major areas in which women are subject to influences that disturb them and prevent them from leading a happy existence, while the second part will focus on physical violence.
