Frameworks for user - developer interactions in a software development project

Abstract

The dependence of today's society on Information and Communications technology has necessitated the need for software project managers to strive for continuous process improvement. A major challenge faced by most software project managers especially in developing countries however centers on effective participation of the customer throughout information systems development projects. This paper developed frameworks for customer-developer interactions using petrinet structures. Observed benefits from a case study using this framework is also discussed.
