Explicit construction of an E(S²)-optimal supersaturated design with 20 runs and 57 factors

Abstract

We constructed an E(s²)-optimal supersaturated design (SSD) with an even run-size, n, and number of factors, a multiple of n – 1. The construction was based on balanced incomplete block designs using a theorem proposed by Bulutoglu and Cheng (2004). SSD(20, 57) was particularly, highlighted.
