GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF ARTICLES

1. The Journal accepts articles that address research, theory or practice in pedagogy, policy and ICT in education.

2. A cover letter should accompany all articles. It should include all authors’ names and institutional affiliation. The cover letter should have the contact address of the lead author to whom all correspondence regarding the article would be directed (email addresses inclusive).

3. Every effort should be made to see that the manuscript itself contains no clues to the authors. The first page should include the title of the manuscript.

4. Articles should not exceed 5,000 words excluding the abstract, and references. The abstract should not exceed 200 words. Typescripts should be on A4 paper, double-spaced and typed on one side only. Pages should be numbered. Between three and five keywords that best describe the article should be provided.

5. Letters to the Editor are encouraged to promote interactivity and healthy debate on current research issues. Such letters should not be more than 1000 words, and should identify their authors. Again, letters should use references to strengthen arguments being made.

6. Articles must be original, coherent, logical and devoid of typographical errors. Defaulting articles will be rejected.

7. Referencing should follow the American Psychological Association (APA) style. Articles that contain incomplete citations may be rejected. Rejected articles are not normally returned to their authors.

8. Initial submissions should comprise three (3) hard copies of the article, sent by post. An amount of GH¢50 for Ghanaians and $.50 for all foreigners should accompany the manuscript as assessment fee. Those who send soft copies only will additionally be asked to pay the prevailing internet fees and cost of printing and photocopying.

9. If an article is accepted for publication the author(s) will be asked to respond to comments by our reviewers and send a soft copy of the revised article in Word document, with the publication fee, to the Editor-in-Chief.

10.  Authors need to be patient after payment since we only print after meeting our publication target and standards.

11.  Articles may not be simultaneously submitted or published elsewhere.

12.  A publication fee will be communicated to authors whose articles are accepted.

13.  The decision of the journal’s assessors to publish or not will be communicated without delay, once that decision has been reached. In the past, rejected articles that were substantially revised and resubmitted were eventually published.

14.  After publication, one journal is sent to the author or lead author of each article after payment of the shipment charges. Additional copies are purchased at the prevailing price.

All manuscripts should be submitted to:
