Abstract
Fundamental human rights are the inalienable rights of all members of human family. They are those rights which are characteristic of, or common to human beings. Such rights include; right to life, right to educate and be educated, right to own property, right to marry and be married, etcetera. These rights are guaranteed by the United Nations Organization (UNO) and constitutions of various
