Acta Theologica

Acta Theologica is an accredited, South African journal publishing independently reviewed research articles on broad Christian-theological and religion topics, aimed at a national and international academic audience/readership. The Editorial Board accepts and considers for possible publication articles in English and Afrikaans, written from a responsible point of view on subjects in a relevant field of study within the Christian-theology science.

The Journal for Islamic Studies (JIS) is a peer-reviewed journal and is included in the list of Approved Journals compiled by the Department of Education of the republic of South Africa. The Journal is published by the Centre for Contemporary Islam, based at the University of Cape Town; and is indexed in the ATLA Religion Database ® a product of the American Theological Library Association. It is committed to the publication of original research on Islam as culture and civilization.
