Focus and Scope

The Journal of Food Technology in Africa is Published Quarterly. It is intended for publication of papers on original work and reviews of all aspects of Food Science, Technology and Nutrition. Articles should be basic research that impinge on major areas of concern and relevance to the Food Industry in the African Continent. Papers submitted for publication are accepted only on the understanding that they will not be published elsewhere without the express permission of the Editor-in-Chief.
