Additionally, this is done through using the descriptive approach and a case study method. The study concludes that the circular economy represents an alternative economic model to the linear economy, aiming to progress toward sustainability by maximizing product value, extending their lifespan, reducing waste and emissions, preserving the environment, and enhancing the efficiency of natural resource utilization. Furthermore, the study emphasizes that the German experience stands out as a leading example in the field of the circular economy, having embraced it since 1996 through the introduction of laws on the circular economy, waste management, and various legal frameworks enacted until 2019. Among its notable waste management strategies is the implementation of the waste hierarchy principle, aiming to separate economic growth from resource use.
Younes Guerrouat Abdelhak Elkinai Noureddine Noui Copyright (c) 2024 University of Hassiba Benbouali in Chlef- Algeria https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-03-08 2024-03-08 20 34 1 16 Green investment is a development alternative outside the hydrocarbon sector in Algeria - presentation of the solar energy projectt SSB in Algeria https://www.ajol.info/index.php/jnae/article/view/266560
Algeria's increasing interest in renewable energies is embodied in undertaking a number of measures in light of reliance on a strategic national program that extends to the horizon of 2030, which includes pioneering projects, especially in the field of solar energy and wind energy, and supporting it with regulatory and legal methods that encourage the development of renewable energy because of its great importance in achieving Sustainable development, which is what was highlighted through this paper by highlighting the most important projects in this field, where the role assigned to energies is mainly to meet the demand for energy in isolated places and far from renewable electricity and gas networks within the framework of the national energy policy at the present time in the natural Which makes the efforts made in this field far from hoped for. After presenting the theoretical side of the study and identifying its variables, a questionnaire containing 40 words is designed, trying to measure the relationship between the variables and the possibility of the impact of both structural and technological change on the performance of the employees in the company subject of this study. The results showed that the variable of technological change is the most statistically significant because the corresponding Beta value of this variable is equal to 0.377 and is therefore statistically significant at a level less than (0.05). This variable is followed by the change variable which includes the organizational structure where the value of (Beta) corresponding to this variable is equal to 0.219 and is statistically significant at a level less than (0.05).
Abdelfattah Allaoui Abdullah Saleh Al-Najrani Copyright (c) 2024 University of Hassiba Benbouali in Chlef- Algeria https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-03-08 2024-03-08 20 34 33 56 The Effect of Capital Adequacy on Profitability -Panel data Evidence from North Africa and Middle East Commercial Banks (2014-2020) https://www.ajol.info/index.php/jnae/article/view/266579
The objective of this study is to scrutinize and measure the impact of the capital adequacy ratio as required by the Basel Committee on a set of bank’s profitability that operating in the Middle East countries and North Africa, during the period (2014-2020). Thus, we estimate banks' profitability using return on equity (ROE) as the dependent variable, while using the capital adequacy ratio set by the Basel Committee as the independent variable. Hence, to attain the aim of this study, we depend on panel data models. The study came to a conclusion, that the capital adequacy ratio has a significant negative impact on return on equity. So, the increase in the capital adequacy standard observed among the banks in the sample drove to a decrease in the banks' ROE. furthermore, this is by virtue of the procedures used to raise capital, which also require internal or external financing, which in turn causes the latter to distribute profits and add them to capital over a longer period of time, which cause a decrease in the return on equity ratio.
Amina Benkheznadji Qadri. Artificial intelligence is expected to increase the global Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by approximately 14%, which is equivalent to around 58.9 trillion Saudi Riyals by 2030. It is anticipated that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be a leader in the Middle East region in the artificial intelligence and big data market. Artificial intelligence plays a vital role in the future of the automation sector in the country. According to the Digital Riser 2020 report by the European Center for Digital Competitiveness, Saudi Arabia ranked first among the G20 countries. This substantial investment in artificial intelligence indicates that the contours of the industrial sector will change radically in the future. Specifically, no impact was found for power distance and masculinity, as well as trust in the tax authority. Through this research study we address the problem of salting and snow removal from the road network of the city of Tiaret during winter by the municipal authorities and services. Our mission is to determine a partial road network (sub-network) from the initial road network of the town of Tiaret, which will have to be salted and cleared of snow by these authorities and services. The application of graph theory techniques for modeling the problem, and the use of the main search algorithms for the minimum weight spanning tree, allowed the study to propose the optimal subnetwork which contains the main roads of the road network of the city of Tiaret, to salt and clear snow at the lowest possible cost.
Chief towns bringing together both a business nursery and a support center. These meetings, in the form of interviews, allowed managers to highlight the difficulties encountered during their management mission.
