Influence of students in other programmes on the self-esteem of agricultural education students in federal college of education (technical), Omoku, Rivers State
AbstractThis paper focused on the influence of students in other programme on the self-esteem of agricultural education students in Federal College of Education(Technical), Omoku, Rivers State. The population of the study consisted of all students of the department of Agricultural Education in the 2001/2002 sessions. Thirty (30) students were randomly selected from each level of NCE I, II, and III to give ninety (90) respondents for this study and a 25-item questionnaire administered to them. Collected data was analyzed using mean and one-way classification ANOVA. The findings showed, inter alia, that Agricultural students possess positive self-esteem against all odds. Conclusion was drawn based on this.
