Manuscripts submitted to the journal are peer-reviewed. Content of manuscripts submitted are first checked by the Editor-In-Chief to see if its falls within the scope of the journal. If it does, then is sent out for peer-review. Each manuscript is assigned three (3) reviewers. Reviewers are given ninety (90) days to complete the review process. In cases where any reviewer keeps long with no tangible explanation, a fourth reviewer is sought to take up the review. The review goes through double blind process. Final decision to publish or not to publish is taken by the Editor-In-Chief but based on recommendations by majority reviewers. That is two out of three reviewers recommending for publication will result in the publication of the manuscript.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

This journal publishes twice a year.
