Peer Review

Once an article is received, the article goes through an editorial screening process which is the responsibility of the editor in chief or any other member of the editorial team, that lasts for one week to determine if the paper is good enough to go for peer review and also if the paper was written following the journal guidelines and scope. The journal also has a double peer review system where an article is blinded and sent to two reviewers

The reviewers are sometimes members of the editorial team or other academics who have been identified as being in the field of the author's publication. They are requested to return their comments after four weeks. The comments of the two reviewers, as well as additional comments from the editor in chief or any other member of the editorial team who is assigned the job, are sent back to the author for action. The author is usually given four weeks to make corrections.

Depending on the magnitude of the corrections, the paper can go back to the reviewer or the editor in chief can take the final decision on whether to publish or not.
