This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Publication Scheduling
This journal publishes one volume with two issues per year.
General
Fees and Charges
Authors are required to pay a N5000 or 15 US Dollar non-refundable article processing charge and a sum of N20,000 or 60 US Dollar page charges when the paper is finally accepted for publication. Any paper exceeding 10 typeset pages will attract an additional charge of N5000 or 15 US Dollar /page. Hard copies are also produced and would be available free for principal authors. Other authors or the general public can obtain a copy at the rate of N5000 per a copy or 15 US Dollar.
