English title: A study of a sample of Algerian economic institutions in the institution as an entrance to the trend towards digital, the implications of the use of information and communication technology on the performance of human resources
The global economy is witnessing many great transformations and economic, political and social changes that affect the various international economic relations, and these changes lead the information and communication technology, which will have a great impact in building the information society and building the structure of the new economy, this study aimed to identify the implications of the use of information and communication technology on The performance of the human resource in the economic institution as the first steps toward digitalization, by studying a sample of institutions in Algeria that reached 272 institutions through the use of the questionnaire as an essential tool for the study, and the most important findings Studying the presence of a statistically significant relationship between the use of information and communication technology and the performance of human resources, at a rate of 58.7%. The use of information and communication technology has helped to raise the capacity of the institution and the efficiency of the human resource. It also found significant differences between the information technology used in the organization and the size and nature of the markets of these institutions. And the absence of significant differences between the characteristics of the institution represented in the nature of ownership, the nature of the activity sector, and between the use of information and communication technology.
