Abstract
Six new species of Crambidae from the Afrotropical region are described: Crambinae (Diptychophorini): Glaucocharis bonakandaiensis sp. nov.; Glaucocharis oluloaiensis sp. nov.; Glaucocharis faroensis sp. nov.; Pyraustinae (Pyraustini): Pyrausta flavofascia sp. nov.; Spilomelinae (Nomophilini): Parathrausta nigerstigmalis sp. nov.; Parathrausta contrastalis sp. nov.
