Peer Review
MULIKA journal uses double-blind review system, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. To facilitate this, authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not give away their identity. The following procedures serves as guidelines in the peer-review system used by MULIKA journal.
- Editors reject the submission that doesn’t meet the journal’s Editorial objectives.
- Editors select up to three reviewers and ask them to evaluate the manuscript against a set of criteria. The reviewers are given a maximum of three weeks to to send their comments to the editors.
- Editors receives the reviewers recommendations.
- Editors make final decision taking into account the reviewers recommendations as indicated in the table below.

- The editors notify the author that their paper has been accepted. -The paper is published |
-The editors notify the author that their paper has been rejected -and shares the copy of the reviewers comments |
