Case Report: Acute Fatty Liver Of Pregnancy In A 30-year Old Nigerian Primigravida

Abstract

Acute fatty liver of pregnancy is an uncommon, potentially fatal disorder that usually occurs in the third trimester of pregnancy or in the early post partum.
We present here a 30-year-old Nigerian primigravida with acute fatty liver of pregnancy. She was successfully managed and discharged.
