One research question and one hypothesis were formulated for the study. Two research instruments, the “Socio-Economic Status of Parents” and the “Reentry into School by girls were used for the study. Data were analyzed using regression analysis method. Result showed that socio-economic status has a significant relationship with re-entry of girls into school. It is recommended that Government and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) should create more programmes that are aimed at eradicating poverty from our society, by providing more income-generating programmes that will improve the living standards of the less privilege.
