The journal is published by the Nigeria Association of Hydrological Sciences (NAHS) and printed/produced by a local press agency. The official address of the association is: c/o Nigeria Hydrological Services Agency (NIHSA), 222 Ali Mungono Crescent, Utako District, Abuja, Nigeria.

Sources of Support
The Nigeria Association of Hydrological Sciences is solely responsible for the sale of hard copies of the annual publication of the journal. The fee charged per volume varies from year to year depending on prevailing publication costs, but is usually in the range of NGN2,500 to NGN5,000 per copy, for members of the association.
Peer Review
The Editor-in-Chief, upon receipt of a manuscript, undertakes a prime facie assessment to determine whether it is within the scope of the journal. If successful, the manuscript is transmitted to the Associate Editor who appoints two reviewers, in addition to himself, from among the relevant scientific community. Reviewed manuscripts can be recommended for any of the following:
- Accept without change and publish in present form
- Accept with minor changes
- Major changes required as stated above in my comments to Authors
- Revise and resubmit for another round of peer review
- Reject this manuscript outright to save editorial resources
The Editorial Board then considers these recommendations and advises the Editor-in-Chief based on at least two concurrent reviewers which may include the Associate Editor. Subsequently, the Editor-in-Chief reaches a decision on the manuscript and communicates accordingly to the corresponding author.
Open Access Policy
This journal is not open access.
