Complex colo-colic intussusception: A case report

Abstract

A rare case of adult intussusception involving the transverse colon and mesocolon, greater omentum and the distal third of the stomach is presented. The diagnostic difficulties and treatment options are discussed highlighting the use of on table antegrade colonic lavage.
