Abstract
Patient satisfaction and experience in the perioperative setting are positive indicators of quality of care. They influence patient cooperation, which is essential for safe treatment. Therefore, we aimed to address this in this study, with the objective of determining the level of patient satisfaction and experience in the postoperative period within the otolaryngology department of the Gabriel Touré University Hospital in Bamako. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire adapted to our study context, based on the French National Authority for Health's (HAS) model called the "e-Satis system." The overall patient satisfaction and experience score was 74.62%, and the number of positive results was 70.73%.
