Benhamadi Moussa

Abstract

The evaluation is seen as a tool adopted by documentary systems for measuring their activities, monitoring their performance, and estimate the quality of services offered to users. And since knowledge of these elements remains important for librarians, then it is necessary to adopt the methods of evaluation at all levels. It should be noted that specialized agencies have conducted studies to determine a set of performance indicators that can be used easily in the process activities performed by libraries to evaluate the performance of different services according to specific objectives. We chose one of these techniques to be together all the elements necessary for the measurement and evaluation, and this is the first and the latest version of ISO 11620.
