Abstract

Uterine displacements are commonly found in early pregnancy, during the period of involution and on routine gynaecological examinations. This finding often leads to unnecessary manipulations and operations. Throughout the,Years 1have encountered this phenomenon on innumerable occasions. Reflection on this problem has been interesting and the observations made might prove to be of value both to those actively engaged in practice and to those who are about to enter the world of medicine.
