Right Aortic Arch and Associated Anomalies

Abstract

Two cases of right-sided aortic arch are presented. The topographical changes in the surrounding structures are described with special reference to the recurrent laryngeal nerve, the ligamentum arteriosum and the thoracic duct. The anatomy is compared with the right-sided aortic arch c;s seen in a case of complete situs inversus.
