A Logical Inquiry into Positive Law

CA Etim

Abstract

Legal positivism is one category of several theories of human law, which itself has many versions: ranging from classical to pure and modern analytic forms. It is logically constructed on the basis of a conceptual jurisprudence that is empirical, particular and relative. One remarkable characteristic of this theory is its tendency to legalism, which thus has led to the yearning for temperance of positivism with naturalism.
