Peer Review
Identify and invite for possible review by sending the abstract to 3 reviewers
Following acceptance by the reviewer to review the manuscript, forward full text article to the reviewers without names of the authors for review in a maximum of 21 days. The package includes, the manuscript, UJAS guide to authors and UJAS reviewers guide
Compile a summary of reviewers comments from at least two reviewers and communicate to the corresponding author for revision
Consider the revised copy
Typeset and prepare proofs copy and communicate to corresponding author for cross-checking within 24hours
Finalize for printing

Focus and Scope
The Journal publishes peer reviewed papers with the aim of sharing new developments in the agricultural and environmental sciences which include forestry, fisheries, livestock, crops, environment, biotechnology, agricultural economics, agricultural engineering.
The readership of the Journal include students, researchers, extension workers, policy makers, academia, investors and entrepreneurs.
