The Paper essentially addresses the ecumenical importance of water as well as its overall utility to mankind. It argues that life is obviously meaningless without the commodity as every living creature derives his or her relevance from water. Furthermore, it recognizes that water has been a source of economic rejuvenation to some countries among which is Lesotho, Southern Africa.
