Abstract
Tamoxifen has been widely used not only for the treatment of breast cancer, but also for the prevention of the disease. Endometrial carcinoma following prolonged treatment of breast cancer with tamoxifen is well documented in the literature. Herewith, we report a case of breast cancer that has developed endometrial carcinoma after 9 years on tamoxifen.
