Wiener-Hopf Technique in solution of homogeneous singular integral equation

Abstract

In this work, the advantage of the theory of analytic continuation of the complex functions with a combination of Fourier-transform and Wiener-Hopf technique are applied to solve the homogeneous singular integral equation with a difference kernel. A typical singular second order integral equation was analyzed in the half plane.
