Abstract

Searched centered on CODHANI: Cooperative of the disabled persons of Niamtougou stresses on initiatives and successes of precarious grouping of people and often marginalized and put in index. Having created December 7th, 1977 with the significant and manifold support of the German Service of Development ded, this cooperative gathered crippled and visual disabled persons but who ended up specializing in very radiant and very competitive artistic production. In this panoply of activities which gave rise and reinforce a form of solidarity at the same time mechanical and organic within the members, they discover, and this in a bright functional synergy, departments of batik, drawings, dressmaking and many other creations intended for trade.
But, as this cooperative grows and when the need to be next to other specialities arises, is emerges relational crackings and misunderstandings which unfortunately drove to a communicational deficiency, which puts in danger the structural dynamics of the cooperative. It urges, to save the future of this fringe of the population to find suitable resolutions. The involvement of the State and synergy with international disability would serve for many in the readjustment of
CODHANI.

La recherche axée sur CODHANI : Coopérative des Handicapés des Niamtougou met un accent particulier sur les initiatives et les réussites de regroupement d’une couche sociale vulnérable et souvent marginalisée et mise en index. Créée le 7 Décembre 1977 avec l’appui significatif et diversifié du Service Allemand de Développement
ded, cette coopérative a rassemblé des handicapés moteurs et visuels mais qui ont fini par se spécialiser dans la production artistique très performante et très rayonnante. Dans cette panoplie d’activités qui ont fait naître et renforcer une forme de solidarité à la fois mécanique
et organique au sein des membres, on découvre, et ceci dans une synergie fonctionnelle éclatante, des départements de batik, de dessin, de couture et bien d’autres créations destinées au commerce.
Mais, au fur et à mesure qu’évolue cette coopérative et lorsque le besoin de côtoyer d’autres spécialités se fait sentir, il naît des fissurations relationnelles et des incompréhensions qui ont malheureusement conduit à un déficit communicationnel, ce qui met en péril la dynamique structurelle de la coopérative. Il urge, pour sauver l’avenir de cette frange de la population de trouver des solutions idoines. L’implication de l’Etat et la synergie avec le handicap international serviraient pour beaucoup dans le rééquilibrage de CODHANI.
