Giant vesical calculus in a ten year-old boy - a case report

Abstract

This is a case of longstanding urinary tract symptoms in a 10 year old boy in which multi-modality imaging revealed multiple radio-opaque calculi including a giant vesical calculus. He had surgical removal of the stone with no post-op complications.
