A talk Delivered on May 29th, 1964, before the Ethiopian Association of Engineers and Architects. After expressing his gratitude, joy and pride at being called upon to deliver the
first lecture to the Ethiopian Association of Engineers and Architects, Professor Dr. - Ing. Y ehuda Peter introduced his lecture by recalling his experience as a representative of Israel in congresses of the International Association of Water Supply. This lecture, as the author put it, is based on a paper prepared at the request of the International Association of Water Supply.
