Journal for Juridical Science
The Journal for Juridical Science is an accredited national professional journal which publishes original research articles in law in Afrikaans and English. Multi and interdisciplinary contributions which bridge the gap between legal scholarship and other pertinent academic disciplines, are welcomed. The Journal for Juridical Science prefers articles which reflect basic legal research, but does not restrict itself to basic research. All published contributions are submitted for refereeing by peers and successful articles qualify for subsidy by the Department of National Education.
