Péritonite aiguë généralisée secondaire à l’ingestion d’aimants chez l’enfant : à propos d’un cas à l’HGOPY

Abstract

Les auteurs rapportent un cas de péritonite aigue généralisée par perforation secondaire à l’ingestion d’aimants multiples chez un  garçon de 9 ans. Ils rendent compte des difficultés diagnostiques et des défis de la prise en charge chirurgicale dans ce cas et soulignent  l’importance de la prévention.

The authors report a case of generalized acute peritonitis by perforation secondary to the ingestion of multiple magnets in a 9-year-old  boy. They report on the diagnostic difficulties and the challenges ofsurgical management in this case and underline the importance of  prevention.
