Abstract
Nous rapportons un cas d'ostéite frontale tuberculeuse chez une patiente de 4 ans dont la sérologie VIH est négative. La découverte a été faite devant un retard de cicatrisation d'une plaie frontale iatrogène. Le bilan révèle une atteinte vertébrale et pulmonaire associée. L'amélioration a été bonne sous traitement médical avec un geste chirurgical de débridement osseux frontal.
