Abstract

The global economic crisis has rattled markets and economies around the globe, and its duration is very unpredictable. To recover quickly from this crisis and prevent the economy from degenerating into social crisis, this paper stipulates, depends on the strength of its institutions and infrastructure, ingenuity of the leaders, and productivity of workers.
