Extensive Tension Pneumocephalus
Abstract
Although simple pneumocephalus is a common finding after head
injury, however the occurrence of extensive tension pneumocephalus leading to rapid neurological deterioration is uncommon. We report an unusual case of extensive post-traumatic pneumocephalus and review the relevant literature.
