Equation 2 as published on page 177 of this article was given as:
V = − 0.36 + 0.96D − 13D² + 0.05D²H         (2)

This was incorrect owing to a literal error on the proofs. The equation should be stated as follows:

V = − 0.36 + 0.96D − 0.13D² + 0.05D²H      (2)

The data were computed using the correct equation. It was only in stating the equation in the text that this error occurred.
Therefore, no part of the results or discussion is affected by this correction. The correct equation referred to in the original article is the same as the equation developed by Nunifu and Murchison (1999), which was duly acknowledged.
