Consumer education and inflation-coping strategies of nigerian women: implications for sustainability and resource management
The study, aiming at identifying the strategies used by women to cope with inflation, and to determine the influence of consumer education acquired at secondary and post secondary institution on strategies used by women in the study area to cope with inflation,adopted an ex post facto research approach. It found that university women and those of the senior secondary school were more influenced by formal exposure to consumer education than their colleagues from the college of education. Appropriate recommendations were then proffered based on these findings.
